Application and pitch deck submission form can be found below. Applications are processed through a detailed Commercialisation and Investment Readiness Gap Analysis. Successful applications will be invited to join an interview with the EnkiBio team to evaluate the company’s needs and tailor the bespoke program.
Cost to Join:
There is no financial cost to participate in the incubator, nor do we require equity.
What We Ask:
In return for our deep commitment to your growth, we ask participating companies to grant EnkiBio and its related entities an option to invest up to $1M within 24 months of your program start date — either at your most recent post-money valuation or with a 10% discount to a future round.
This ensures we’re aligned with your long-term success — not just as mentors, but as potential long-term partners and champions of your journey.

No. This is not a one-size-fits-all program. All sessions are hands-on with experts actively working alongside you to support your business.

If you’re a founder, we assume you’re already working full-time on your company. The program is designed to accelerate milestones and address your most critical gaps without distracting from your work. Together, we create a tailored plan around your goals and schedule, with hands-on support ranging from 1–5 hours per fortnight.

Yes. Each cohort includes 1–2 academic leaders with groundbreaking research. We work closely with you to establish a company, manage IP and licensing, and progress toward early traction and potential capital raising.

Yes. Each year, we select 1–2 not-for-profit projects to support. We help build capacity, mobilize private capital, and scale your technology to maximize impact.

Yes. We are investors and operators who review your company through an investor’s lens, conducting full due diligence. We then work with you to address gaps, build value, and capitalize on opportunities, opening up our investor network to support your capital raise.
